"We didn't have a lot of direct communication with Pet Passages, but if my vet trusts them, I do, too. And I've heard from being a dog person that they are the one you want to use if you are given a choice. The communication from them during the process was good and although we did not choose to get any ashes back of have a private cremation, I appreciate the seriousness they seem to take their job with.
