"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My dog was experiencing diarrhea and vomiting, so I took him here, trusting their previous good care. However, this time they not only misled me about his condition, claiming it was just allergies, but they also inexplicably shaved his ear and cut him. When I confronted them, they falsely claimed the cut was pre-existing, but multiple vet techs confirmed it was a fresh injury caused by them. I understand accidents can happen, but they should own up to their mistakes. My dog left in worse shape than he arrived—dehydrated and without the necessary fluids. They missed a serious diagnosis of pancreatitis, which could have been fatal if we hadn’t sought care elsewhere. Please avoid bringing your pets here. They need to take responsibility and stop lying about their errors."

"Have used this business since 1963 when it was ownd by the Dr Johnsons. Have stayed with them as it has changed drs throughout all the years since. We adore Dr Walley and her knowledge, professionalism, and caring are incredible. She has given us 2 extra years with our kitty and has tried yet another treatment to help him feel better and for us to have more time with him. We love the techs and front desk staff, too, especially Connie, Susanna, and Susie, who are friendly, helpful, and empathetic. We owe all of them our eternal gratefulness!"
