"My husband died unexpectedly in the early morning hours. I asked that Minnesota Cremation Society in Duluth handle his cremation. Their representative came immediately, in the middle of the night, and treated me with compassion at a very difficult time. When I went in to make final arrangements, I was again treated with caring and respect. They took care of everything for me, from notifying the proper government agencies to putting in his obituary. I have always considered myself to be a very independent and intelligent woman, however, when in the midst of grief, one’s brain doesn’t seem to work well. I don’t know what I would have done without the staff at Minnesota Cremation Society. They continued to check up on me even weeks later with offers of help. I greatly appreciate all they did for me."

"I cannot express how disappointed my family was with the Cremation Society. It was such a difficult time for us and this company just made it worse. Nobody there seemed to know what they were doing, they gave us nothing but incorrect information, and they did not complete the job we paid for(cremation of a loved one) in a timely manner. After the fact the hospice social worker told us she frequently hears how horrible the Cremation Society is to deal with. Obviously we will never do business with them again and cannot recommend their services."
