"Last December we were in at Banfield to say goodbye to our almost 13 year old Tibetan Mastiff. That was a very difficult day. The Banfield team was extraordinary in their family grief care. And now, we just came home with a new purebred cocker spaniel puppy! Miss Mya has the same Banfield team; they have gone above and beyond to help us with her every need. She came home at 3.5 lbs and they have been extremely supportive and knowledgeable about every concern we have had. We had to have a same day little surgery, and with 3 scared and tearful kids, not only was the attention to our puppy fantastic, the care for the kids was equally heart warming. Thank you for the wonderful environment for pets and people- we are Banfield fans for life! 💕"
