After inquiring about this horrible mistake, I was informed by Jacob's Funeral Home through a very informal printed letter that the spelling could have "gone either way". Instead of choosing to make a simple phone call to ensure my loved one was NAMED PROPERLY after his cremation, they chose to GUESS.. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. ZERO STARS."
