"I recently had two ferrets, who died around 3 months of each other, cremated at this facility, and my experience was nothing short of infuriating. They were both the same size and weight, they were brothers their weight was at most a couple grams different when they were alive, if anything the ferret that had less ashes was slightly heavier. The ashes from one ferret came back at 86 grams, which I thought seemed like a lot for a 3-pound ferret but didn't want to think about it being the wrong ashes. However, the other, and most recent ferret's ashes weighed only 24 grams. To make matters worse, the ashes of the ferret that weighed 24 grams were not sealed properly. Also, both ashes were ground completely differently. One very finely ground and the other very chunky and coarse."
