"When my dad passed a couple of months ago, we had already had things set up for him to be taken to Eastern shore. They made everything with his cremation as smooth as can be. We feel bad for Sally because we were calling a lot with questions and different things that the family wanted to do since me and my siblings wanted to also have some of his ashes in separate necklaces separate from the main ern, and she took care of it with no problems and made sure the copies of the death certificate were ready as we needed. Casey was very professional during the meeting to set up everything considering some of my family being there who were not the easiest to deal with,and made sure my dad had a flag for being in the service.
