"My wife's emotional support dog was taken in and seen by Dr. Yaro. His ambivalent attitude escalated an already emotional situation. He acted like he couldn't care less if our dog lived or died. When I threatened legal action all he said was go ahead, get a lawyer. I would caution people about going to this facility. They are lacking in the compassion department. They summarily dismissed us as clients. Now we are without a vet because no one within a 40 mile radius is accepting new clients. Not even considered my side of what transpired. I have filed a complaint with the state board of veterinary services. PIAH's attitude is not only unprofessional, but extremely upsetting to my wife who has stage 4 cancer and is now recovering from a heart attack. Choose wisely."
