"Very rude!! Called to see about my grandfather they told me to talk to the son because he doing everything! First of all that's so not true because the son is not the only one paid you all. I hope no one ever has to go through what I went through I'm not even allowed to see my grandfather one last time before being cremated something I would have never gave a dime for if I knew he was going to be cremated"
