North Louisiana Veterinary Center

"I've used this clinic for several years with positive interactions. However, our Golden Retriever was in boarding during the recent storm/power outage. She was with them for 4 days (3 nights.) When I picked her up and got her home I discovered she had numerous scabbed abrasions on her feet and elbows and a large sore on one foot. She also had several weeping sores on her throat/upper chest area. All of the food I dropped her off with was returned to me. She was dirty, smelled, and had crunchy fur as if she were wet at some point. Her happy demeanor was gone. Additionally, she lost 8 lbs. They noticed none of this!"
