"This place use to be top notch after 15 years of faithful patronage I'm now looking for a new vet. Since they moved to the new location there customer service has gone down hill. Use to be able to do walk ins now you have to have an appointment. Even when they did take walk ins at this location you would wait 3 or 4 hrs to be seen. Had to put my old pup down and the doc I had been taking her too for 13 years was didn't come in that morning so another doc had to do the job. There were a few times that they even forgot that i was there. All the docs are good but it seems the clinic itself has lost its direction. Now they require appointments and on Saturday you have to make the appointment online at 750am the day of or you won't be seen. They won't make an appointment on Saturday prior to the day of ether. Only reason they get a 2 star instead of a 1 is because the doctors have always been great with my dogs."
