"Everything went well except for issues with the urn box. When I received my box, it was beautiful and shiny but they engraved the wrong date on the box. I contacted them to ask if it could be fixed and they said, yes, and it’s free of charge. I was satisfied with that. So I was asked to bring the old box back in before I could be given the new corrected box, so I gave it to them and I got the new box."
