Barkes Weaver & Glick Funeral

"I live out of state and was unable to attend a dear friend's memorial service for his dad. I bought flowers and paid fees through the funeral home website to ensure they would be delivered to the memorial service. I received an email confirmation that it would be delivered on time. I just received a phone call 8 days later letting me know that they just received the order due to the holidays and would be happy to deliver tomorrow. I find this unacceptable."
