Not only were we dealing with the hardship and heartbreak of having to bury someone, we also had to deal with this unprofessional, money grab funeral service to boot. Who knew it'd cost EXACTLY how much your loved one was receiving from retiring from the union?(to the tune of $15,000) What a coincidence. And on top of that, they didnt offer us any advice about the correct format tthe pictures needed to be in order to create a slide show until the day of the funeral."
