"Stoney and all of Ponders went above and beyond during a very difficult time of losing a loved one. From the planning to the burial we knew we were in good hands. Ponders is extremely compassionate and knew how to comfort us while also making sure we were fully informed of the process. They helped make it a wonderful experience, compared to other funeral homes we’ve dealt with. The staff was absolutely incredible while making sure the family is satisfied and if not they will change it to accommodate and personalize everything as requested. No one wants to go through a loss but I’m so thankful for Ponders and everything they did for our loved one and our family."

"From beginning to end. Wonderful service by all staff members we came in contact with. We were treated with the up most respect, and felt very confident that everything would be done as we requested and it was. Communication was great, anything we needed, or wanted done was promptly attended to. The funeral home itself is beautiful, clean and has plenty of room. I had friends who had never been there comment on how nice it was. We had the service at our very small church with very little parking and Mr. Ponders made sure everything went smoothly with parking was not a problem he was very calm and collected. Jason took my momma by the arm and helped her every step of the way. Jason is also the one who came out to get my Daddy, he was very caring, respectful and considerate of us and our feelings. Ponders funeral home exceeded our expectations and we are forever grateful for the care and attention to detail they put into serving our family."

"I just want to say thank you for walking me through losing my beloved fur baby. She was an amazing girl and will be so very missed. This was an extremely hard time for me, and everyone I came in contact with went above and beyond to help us through this. We will never truly heal completely, but having you take care of her was the best decision I could of made. Please let Dwayne know that coming to get her at such a late hour truly showed how much Ponders cares. I was at a loss and hurting, did not know what to do, and he was there within 30 min to get my baby. I do not remember the man’s name that I signed papers with so please forgive me for that, but please let him know sitting with me and talking about our animals together truly helped me. He spent almost 40 min with me walking me through the process and talking about our babies. I appreciate all that you did for us and the keepsakes that you made for me will be cherished forever. I will not use anyone else but Ponders in the future. I added photos of the bookmark made for my family and I. They made 4 bookmarks for us, this is just one of the keepsakes that we received to remember our fur baby."
