Banfield Pet Hospital

"While everyone I dealt with was very pleasant, when we showed up to pick up my dog I got charged for a service that we didn’t not consent to. They cleaned my dog’s ears and my $100 bill for a rabies vaccine skyrocketed to a $170 bill for an ear cleaning! I don’t think this was right to do without my consent first considering it wasn’t a life threatening health situation. I will be researching other vets in the area to go to that are a bit more ethical—this felt like a money grab."

"Excellent vet they are affordable and show genuine care for their patients my two pitties get super excited when we arrive for an appointment the staff is super friendly in all I have no complaints"

"The staff here took care of my baby boy zeus. He’s already feeling better they were professional, attentive and overall one of the better veterinary experiences I have encountered in the panhandle. They demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and had great communication. Thank you"
