"Opinion: We’ve used this clinic for over 6 years and I’m always happy with the care provided by Dr. Teri... The receptionists on the phone however are HORRIBLE! Today was the last straw, my dog has a urinary tract infection and she said we couldn’t be fit into the schedule for over 2 weeks, she also refused to have the vet call me back or add us to the cancellation list without me asking several times. This is not the first time they’ve been extremely rude on the phone but it will be the last. The vet also never returned the call. Maybe she would like to have a UTI for 2 weeks without treatment or be told to find a different doctor."
