All-States Cremation

"Third time I’ve used All States. First 2 times were so easy-they did a great job of making a bad situation as painless as possible. Now they have a new name associated with “All States”, and this one wasn’t painless. Communication was bad, and the on-line information submission was not efficient. At a time when I was heartbroken, I was forced to reread , correct their errors, and resubmit information multiple times. Calls weren’t always returned within a day or two. They are very reasonably priced-I’d have to make sure I couldn’t come close to matching the price before I’d use them again. It was a few weeks before I received the ashes-uncertainty at this time in my life wasn’t appreciated. Too bad they lost their good service"
