"Danielle, Eli, and Shawn made sure that grandma's service was beautiful and everything went off without a hitch. Danielle made a wonderful folder that included two of grandma's favorite hobbies and Eli took it upon himself to pull a few photos from grandma's memorial page to print out and insert into frames for the table at the graveside service. Shawn was the host during the service and assisted us with seating guests, directing them to the memorial guestbook, handing out folders, and helped my wife carry the many flowers to her car after the service. I appreciate each person that we interacted with from the service planning meeting through the end of grandma's service. Thank you for your professionalism and empathy, your staff made this tough time a bit easier for our family."
